When is the earliest time to say Kiddush on Shavuot Night?
Rabbi Ben Haim is more strict than rav ovadia.
One shouldn't say Kiddush on Shavuot night until Tzet HaKochavim. Some say one should even wait to say Arvit, while others argue and allow you to recite arvit earlier (Rav Ovadia Yosef, Yechave Daat 6:30). Others are lenient even to allow reciting Kiddush early.[Rav Ovadia Yosef, Yechave Daat 6:30]
